1. General Terms & Conditions

2. Account & Eligibility

Accounts created using false information will be closed, and any balance may be forfeited.

One Account Rule

Each individual may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same mobile number, email address, device, or IP address is strictly prohibited. bp vip's system automatically detects such activity, and all associated accounts will be permanently closed.

• Accurate and genuine information must be provided during registration
• Your account password must never be shared with anyone
• Members are solely responsible for the security of their own accounts
• If you notice any unusual activity on your account, contact support immediately
• Accounts cannot be sold or transferred to another person

3. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposit Methods

Bp vip accepts deposits through Bangladesh's major mobile banking services. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits are typically reflected in your account within 2–15 minutes. If more than 15 minutes have passed, please contact support with your transaction ID.

Withdrawal Policy

Bp vip processes winnings quickly. Withdrawal requests are typically handled within 15 minutes. However, larger withdrawals may require additional verification if KYC has not been completed. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200.

• Withdrawals can only be made to a mobile banking account registered in your own name
• Withdrawals to someone else's account are not permitted
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus balance
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended in cases of suspicious activity

4. Betting Rules

Once a bet is confirmed on bp vip, it cannot be changed or cancelled — unless the cashout option is active in the app. Always verify the odds before placing your bet, as payouts are based on the odds at the time of placement, regardless of any subsequent changes.

Bet Cancellation Policy

Bp vip may cancel a bet and return the stake under the following circumstances:

• If a match is cancelled before the scheduled kick-off time
• Where there is an obvious technical error in the odds
• If the outcome is uncertain or results in a draw
• If an event is cancelled due to a natural disaster or other unavoidable circumstance

Live Betting

Odds change rapidly during in-play or Live Betting. The system verifies odds before any bet is confirmed — if the odds have shifted, you may be shown the updated odds and asked to confirm before proceeding.

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

Every bonus offer at bp vip comes with its own terms and conditions. By claiming a bonus, you agree to those specific terms. Attempting to withdraw before meeting the wagering requirements may result in the bonus being forfeited.

Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳500. A minimum deposit of ৳200 is required to claim this bonus. The bonus must be wagered 5× within 7 days before it can be withdrawn. Claiming the welcome bonus from multiple accounts on the same IP or device is strictly prohibited.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonus balance cannot be directly transferred to another person
• Bp vip reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus offer at any time
• Accounts found to be abusing bonuses may be suspended

8. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding a bet outcome or payment, contact the bp vip support team first. Formal complaints must be submitted within 30 days of the date the issue arose — disputes raised after this period may not be eligible for resolution.

Bp vip reviews all complaints and issues a decision within 72 hours. If an error occurs due to a technical fault, bp vip is obligated to correct it. However, no changes will be made to the outcome of bets that have been correctly recorded.
